Loving this series so far! This is my 3rd attempt at hfo and basically what's happening is it's really easy for me to get hard and stay hard but it seems like my PC muscles have a hard time with endurance (still pushing and trying my best!) takes awhile for pre-cum to start dripping out but once it does I leak like crazy and there's so much pressure I squirm out of frustration and want to touch it so bad and just explode.. Any tips for achieving hfo would be much appreciated.

Hey, thanks for the support. Achieving hfo can be very frustrating. You can try different styles of clenching- you can first try to clench really hard and strong to every beat, but this might tire out your muscles (it will make them stronger tho) or you can try clenching just a little bit to each beat in a more relaxed way. The goal to achieving hfo is to relax your body, if your lower body starts to vibrate a bit during the clenching that is good too, it will help you achieve hfo.

It's almost there for me, but I've noticed something that kind of sets me back. There are a lot of moans near the end of the video, however, they aren't consistent all the way through.
