Sometimes you can douche too deep and dislodge stuff that’s way high up. Also try something like Imodium (but not regularly) especially if you are going to bottom for long sessions.

I must be doing it wrong I have a bulb that I use for saline water, every time I do though it seems like it goes too far up, and it gives me an upset stomach the rest of the day, what I have been doing is fasting for 2 days before I plan to bottom and the day before I use the bulb, usually a full bulb.
